Our services incorporate ALL of the services provided through ClubQ Charter, and ClubQ Prime. Annual charter member subscription is $995.00.

• We assign an investigator/paralegal to retrieve, secure, and digitize your records for easy distribution to experts, lawyer, and other advocates down the road.
• We perform a comprehensive case review and report. Here, we take the initiative to secure your records, court documents, lawyer files, discovery, and affidavits.
• We professionally review your records and provide you with an abbreviated written report.
• We interview you. Why? Only you know the whole story. We interview relevant loved ones, family, trial, appellate, and postconviction counsels.
• We seek remedies in principle for sentencing proportionality, improper statutory charging, habitual offender mistakes, mitigation relief – and provide an abbreviated report.
• We provide guidance on state and federal civil rights complaint objectives, suggest counsel, and paralegal assistance.
• Our summary report. We will provide a synopsis of how we recommend you proceed, going forward.
