In the meantime, just know that our excitement level is off the charts – once any critic witnesses Real Change, Real Pay Back, Real Pay Forward, Real Restitution, the village required to make this work can’t wait to make a giant splash.

By the way, we have another few 2024 achievement announcements:

1. Q|Nav, LLC brought on another two new criminal defendant, post-conviction expert attorneys, one new admin, one new research paralegal, and two new specialized detectives.
2. Our ClubQ top level staff doubled from 2 to 4.
3. Our ClubQ consulting contractors now include a medical doctor, neuropsychologist, and specialized civil liberties lawyer. Why? Carrot and Stick. Our families – their prisoners, deal with serious medical, legal, therapeutic, and mental health matters daily. Often the DOC or BOP simply doesn’t care or possess the skills or facilities to provide adequate services. Carrot is how can we help, please take care of (blank) and confirm within a few days. Stick is either take care of this (blank) within 48 hours or our doctor and lawyer will be in your face, another lawyer will commence legal actions.
4. Next Big Project: App development. Yes, we want to make all of Q|Nav as easy as a click away. Here we will provide a library of services similar to a legal site or major medical establishment; blended with the personal databases for each client, so we can comfortably offer more and more through automation, especially for the clerical and admin tasks that don’t require deep thought. Right along, we will offer menu driven ala carte basic stuff all the way up to serious negotiation tools. Think about how wonderful it will be for anyone to go to our App and select post-conviction templates – FULL programs for each state system, fed circuit, and DAs, CAs, etc. In fact, we envision literally hundreds of helpful kits so a lot of stuff can be DIY and we just get involved for judgment calls, influence, sharing our referrals, contacts, etc.
